Hobbit Holidays!

Time to think once again about hobbit holidays! It's now February, and who's to say there isn't a day set aside in Middle-earth for lovers, romance, or courting? We already have one lovely "Valentine's" story archived in 'memories', from
claudia603, here: http://community.livejournal.com/hobbit_holidays/1057.html.
This is the time (and place) to share drabbles, ficlets, stories, poetry, or pics, old or new, that center around hobbits celebrating -- or encountering -- "a day dedicated to doting on the one you love", in Claudia's words. :D
And it's not too early to begin thinking about another very special holiday... March 1, Aragorn's birthday. Since stories must center around hobbits, what can you come up with? Did Bilbo ever help Aragorn celebrate, in Rivendell? Did the hobbits find out, after the fact, that Aragorn had a birthday while on the Quest, and plan a celebration in Minas Tirith? Do post-Quest hobbits visit Minas Tirith in time for the King's birthday?
All story genres and ratings are permitted; therefore, please post according to the rules on the community's user info page. Reviews, feedback, and creativity are encouraged. Enjoy the holidays with a hobbit!
