Oct. 13th, 2006 04:24 pmOooh, I found another one! This was written for a Halloweeny challenge for
hobbit_smut called "What Dreams May Come". Although it is not specifically about Halloween, the tale is supposed to be a tale of haunting for Halloween...
Title: Amara
Author: Claudia
Rating: PG
Pairing/s: Faramir/OC, Frodo/Faramir (if you want to see it and if you squint really hard)
Warnings: Some het, although it is very, very mild.
Summary: Faramir relates a haunting tale from his youth to Frodo.
A/N: There is little to be found in the LOTR books that I have about the culture of the Haradrim, but based on their nomadic desert lifestyle, I have fashioned their culture loosely on pre-Islamic Bedouin culture of Arabia. (And thanks Baranduin and Shirebound for betas)
